This Vision paper of 2107 is the the second produced by Keep Our Downs Public, the predecessor formation to the BDA. It discusses in more detail some proposed institutional reforms for the Downland Estate management, and thus informs the present debates.

Below is the KODP 1995 'Vision' for the Brighton Downs. It shows a remarkable continuity with our current proposals. The problems we faced 25 years ago are still unmet. Let's make sure we use the Council's consultation to achieve the sea-change NOW before it is too late.
